Once you have signed up for an eDelivery account you will receive an email directing you to sign in, set a password for your admin account and then create a eDelivery user account for yourself and anyone else in your organization that requires access to medical records. Please note that the RMS Admin Portal is a separate database than the actual eDelivery portal and each requires individual login credentials. Once you have created your user account you will be able to log into the eDelivery Portal and download records once you receive an email notification that these are available.
